On that contact page, you can make a free 15-minute consultation with their wellness coordinator who can help you understand how the process works and the services that I provide.

Once you schedule an initial visit, the office staff will share a simple confidential intake form that takes less than 5 minutes to complete. It will allow Dr. Shiller to get a snapshot of your situation so you can be sure that he can address your issues.

The office staff will then contact you to clarify logistics and answer your questions, and assure that we have all the clinical history needed so Dr Shiller can best serve your health needs.
